Nick Ng (Owner) and his wife Marla have traveled extensively across the world and have brought their experiences to Café Lotus in the form of a uniquely decorated venue in Fort Morgan. Nick and Marla have fused style and art from both Asia and the West in creating a relaxing and elegant rendezvous for North East Colorado. In Café Lotus one can find antique lava carvings from Bali Indonesia, 17^th Century plaster casts from France, a WW II Kendo uniform from Japan, to name but a few special displays.

Nick is half Chinese and half French, he has worked extensively in the film industry, some credits include "Who Am I?" with Jackie Chan and "Belly of the Beast" and "Dungeons and Dragons", he has also worked Off Broadway in Henry V at the Mazer Theatre in New York City. Nick has worked as an artist, featuring his work in galleries in both New York and Denver, his pieces can be found globally.

Marla is originally from Colorado. She worked as an international model and has traveled and experienced many cultures and countries. She has graced the front covers of top fashion magazines and has featured in many television commercials.
